T-SHIRTS:
Email the following information to us at store@thepaperrainproject.co.nz
*Order number & name
*Original order received (E.g Large Navy Mens Lion)
*Required exchange (E.g Medium Navy Mens Lion)
*Return shipping address and phone number
*Ideally, forward us your original order confirmation (if purchased online) or send us a screenshot of the product on our website, or a photo of the item.
Please note, the item must be in the original sold condition, both unworn and unwashed. If we no longer stock the item you have requested, we will work together for an exchange or resolution.
BOARDS:
All board purchases are final but exchanges may be available as follows:
*Laser etched boards are exchangeable. You may swap out the value against a painted board, or simply change the design you are after. E.g Macrocarpa laser etched 'Owl' exchanged for a Macrocarpa laser etched 'Tui'. If there is a different wood type etc, we can negotiate credit towards the exchanged item.
*All hand painted one of one board are unexchangeable due to our scheduled payouts to the original artists.
OTHER:

RETURNS:
We pride ourselves in ourselves the quality of our product, but if for some reason there is an issue, or you have had a change of heart, please let us know at store@thepaperrainproject.co.nz
